– Maverick Seven Group provides Management Consulting services, Project Management services, and long term contracts tailored to your specific business needs. The Management Consulting are primarily conducted remotely using Zoom or other virtual platforms, unless otherwise agreed upon. The other two main services are based on a seperate and bespoke made agreement. 

2. Payment:

– Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. All fees are quoted in GBP and are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Booking and Cancellation:

– Services must be booked in advance. Cancellations made within the specified time frame outlined in the service agreement may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Intellectual Property:

– Any materials or deliverables provided during our services are for your personal use only and may not be distributed, shared, or reproduced without our written consent.

5. Confidentiality:

– We respect the confidentiality of the information you share during our services and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent. All services are bound by a non-disclosure agreement. 

6. Limitation of Liability:

– Maverick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law:

– These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

– Refunds may be considered for hourly consultancy services delivered via Zoom.

– Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the completion of the consulting session.

2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds:

– Refunds will not be provided for any consulting services after the 7-day refund window has passed.

– Refunds will not be issued if the consulting session has been completed and the agreed-upon time has been used.

– Date of the consulting session

– Reason for the refund request

– Any additional relevant details

4. Refund Decisions:

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we find that the service was provided as agreed and meets the expected quality standards. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the original transaction.

Making a complaint
